Changshu SanhePMT Co., Ltd. was founded in December 2009, the company's Association for Science and Technology was established in 2011. Although the company's Association for Science and Technology was not established for a long time, in the scientific and technological ‘Pay attention to and compete for’ activities, focusing on combining the actual development of enterprises, stimulating the power of scientific and technological innovation, and promoting the scientific development of enterprises.

In the activity, the company's Association for Science and Technology guides numerous science and technology workers to organically combine their personal ideals with the realisation of corporate goals, cultivation and development of the enterprise spirit and corporate culture, so as to stimulate the ingenuity of scientific and technological personnel; guides the numerous scientific and technological workers to innovate and practise in their respective workplaces and work domains. To make ‘Pay attention to love, dedication and ideal, compete for Sci. & Tech, innovation and contribution’ become the conscious action of the numerous of scientific and technological personnel.

In order to make the competition activities further down to earth, the company's Association for Science and Technology has studied and formulated the activity programme, carried out sub-group competitions, proposed that each group must set up a project to complete the competition objectives, so that each scientific and technological personnel are involved in the project. And through the implementation of performance quantitative tracking management, effectively mobilise the enthusiasm of science and technology personnel, so that they learn more consciously, study technology, improve efficiency, give full play to their scientific and technological level, and promote the technological innovation of the enterprise, provide a solid technical guarantee for the company to significantly increase production capacity and quality to the next level. In 2011, Tao Xiangdong was honoured as an advanced individual in Sci. & Tech work of Haiyu town, and Feng Junfeng was honoured as an advanced individual in talent work of Haiyu town. Cheng Chong, Feng Junfeng and Yan Xuedong were awarded as assistant engineers.

With the strong intellectual support of the company's Sci. & Tech staff, the company has increased the development of new products and technological transformation, so as to accelerate the pace of product restructuring and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise in the same industry in China. The company was approved as a high-tech enterprise in August 2011, and JMD intelligent robot palletiser and JMD-500 intelligent automatic valve pocket packaging palletising production line were identified as high-tech products in August 2010 and May 2011 respectively. Meanwhile, 5 invention patents and 1 utility patent were approved in two years. This year declared a national key new product, 4 utility model patents. Now the two high-tech products become the company's main economic growth point, so that product sales increased by more than 30% per year.

Because of the obvious results, ‘Pay attention to and compete for’ activities have received the attention and affirmation of the company's leadership, the Association has rewarded Sci. & Tech personnel with outstanding performance and significant benefits, as well as outstanding professional and technical workers who have participated in science and technology project activities to various degrees.
